Terms and Conditions for Samro Kundan Rentals

By using the services of Samro Kundan Rentals, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our website.

1. Rental Agreement

  • All jewelry items provided by Samro Kundan Rentals are for rental use only and remain the property of Samro Kundan Rentals.
  • By renting our jewelry, you agree to use the items only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All rentals must be booked in advance. Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment or deposit as applicable.
  • Jewelry availability is subject to prior booking. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure availability for your event.

3. Rental Period

  • The minimum rental period is 2 days, but we offer flexible rental periods based on the event dates. Please discuss with our team if you require an extended rental period.
  • Any extensions beyond the agreed rental period will incur additional charges of $25/day for each jewelry set. 

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices for rental jewelry are listed on our website and are subject to change. Final rental prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • A security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the jewelry, minus any applicable fees for damage or late return.
  • Payments for rentals can be made through the payment methods specified on our website.

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Jewelry rentals can be delivered to your specified address or picked up our  location. Delivery and pickup charges, if applicable, will be outlined during the booking process.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the jewelry at the time of delivery.

6. Jewelry Care and Use

  • Jewelry should be handled with care. The renter is responsible for the safekeeping and appropriate use of all rented items during the rental period.
  • Jewelry should not be altered, cleaned, or modified in any way. All items must be returned in the same condition as received.

7. Loss, Theft, or Damage

  • The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the jewelry during the rental period. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the renter agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of the item(s) at the discretion of Samro Kundan Rentals.
  • A charge for repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if the deposit is insufficient.

8. Return of Jewelry

  • Jewelry must be returned on the agreed return date. If jewelry is not returned on time, the renter will be charged for an additional rental period or a late fee, as applicable.
  • All jewelry should be returned in the original packaging provided to avoid damage during transit.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 4 or more days before the rental date will receive a full refund (excluding deposit and delivery charges, if applicable).
  • Cancellations made less than 4 days before the rental date may incur a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the timing and booking specifics.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Samro Kundan Rentals respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data shared during the rental process will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling the rental order and for communication regarding your booking.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Samro Kundan Rentals reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these updated terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Samro Kundan Rentals will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental products or services.

13. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan.
