Rental FAQs

What is the minimum rental period? - We have a minimum of a two day rental. 

Where do you ship? - At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we may ship to Canada. Please contact us for more information. 

Do I pay to ship the item(s) back? - You will get a prepaid shipping label in your package. You must put the label over the original shipping label when you ship it back on the original package. 

What if my rental is returned late? - We understand the shipping company may have delays in shipment, please make sure you have proof of the shipment date and/or we will see the stamped date on the package when we receive it. If the jewelry is shipped out past your rental date, we will charge a $50 fee per day that will be taken out of the deposit. 

How do I ship my item(s) back? - The jewelry will come wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage during shipment. Please make sure you use the same bubble wrap to ship it back. Failure to do so could break the item during transport and would result in an assessed fee. When you receive your item(s), there will be a prepaid shipping label. When you ship your items back, peel the shipping label off of the paper and stick it over the original one. 

Why is there a deposit for each item? - The deposit is 100% refundable unless the item is returned late, damaged or is/has missing items. We will refund the deposit as soon as the items are delivered back to us and assessed. 

Can I purchase a rental? -  If you end up falling in love with your rental set, you may purchase it at a discounted price. Please contact us at kundansets@gmail.com and we will finalize the order.
